User Data Deletion
How to request deletion of information associated with XOSell
Facebook Login users
If you used Facebook Login with XOSell, you can request deletion through Facebook/Meta. When Meta sends XOSell a valid signed deletion request, XOSell removes the linked customer profile and authentication tokens and disconnects associated app-device records. XOSell returns a confirmation code and a status URL to Meta.
You may also remove XOSell from the Apps and Websites area of your Facebook settings and use the data-deletion option provided there when available.
Request deletion directly from XOSell
You can also contact Xosell and ask us to delete your account information. Please provide enough information for us to verify the account, such as the email address or phone number used with XOSell. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What is deleted
For a verified account-deletion request, XOSell removes or disconnects account/profile and authentication information that is no longer required to operate the service. For a valid Facebook data-deletion callback, this includes the Facebook-linked XOSell customer profile, app authentication tokens, and the connection between the profile and registered app devices.
Information we may need to retain
Some completed order or transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback/dispute or security purposes. When this applies, the records are retained only for the applicable purpose and are not used to keep a deleted Facebook Login profile active.
Deletion status
If Meta gives you a XOSell deletion confirmation code, the status URL returned by XOSell can be used to confirm whether the automated deletion request was completed.
